Mar 5, 2016 at 20:25 comment added Probably @denesp Ok, I checked it out on Wikipedia, I'm talking about conspiracies. In Czech republic I know the laws against anti-competition tactics. Thanks
Mar 5, 2016 at 19:17 comment added Giskard My point is: Are you asking about conspiracies or anti-competition tactics? These are two different concepts.
Mar 5, 2016 at 15:41 comment added Probably @denesp I'm not sure if I understand you well. It doesn't matter if it would be intentional or no (or if it would be evil conspiracy or friendly agreement). It seems for me, that for the biggest companies it is good to act this way.
Mar 5, 2016 at 10:30 comment added Giskard I think you need to be a little more specific. Is buying another company with the intent of shutting down its factories conspiracy if the plans are not secret or illegal? I think the conspiracy would be creating the legal environment which makes this possible, not the shutting down itself.

Mar 4, 2016 at 21:45 comment added Probably If you disagree with my statements, it's OK. I just needed to show the possible effects of merging big companies. Don't worry, I don't think any of it will ever happen :) I'm just interested what preventive laws are there to prevent it.
