I read that cash is transferred from USA (USD) to country B by airplane.

At first bank in country B send cashless dollars to its correspondent account (for example 250 000 000 USD) in bank of USA. Then bank of USA withdraw cash (250 000 000 USD) from account and transfer it to country B by airplane.

My question is: Where does the bank of country B get cashless money before transferring it to correspondent account in bank of USA?
