# Monopoly second degree discrimination - two part tariff

In a Monopoly with second degree discrimination - two part tariff will the consumer with higher demand always pay a higher entrance fee and lower unit price than the cunsumer with lower demand or is this assumption not correct?

That is if in optimum High demand chooses offer (T1,P1) and Low demand chooses (T2,P2), do (T1 > T2) and (P1 < P2) always hold?

I'm inclined to say "yes" to $T_1>T_2$ and no to $P_1<P_2$.
