I'm the co-founder and CEO of PolicyEngine, an open-source software platform for public policy analysis. You can see our code at github.com/PolicyEngine.

Previously, I founded the UBI Center, a think tank that researches universal basic income policies. We are also entirely open source at github.com/UBICenter.

Prior to PolicyEngine and the UBI Center, I worked at Google as a data scientist. I have a B.A. in Operations Research from UC Berkeley and a M.S. in Data, Economics, and Development Policy from MIT.
